Bryant Park was beautiful last week, and a happy respite from the heat wave (except when the bug flew in my mouth and almost choked me, but fortunately it was small enough and seemed to have found its way out). I saw a lot of familiar faces & didn't get a chance to say hello to all, so, thanks for being there! For locals: I'll be playing at Stephen Talkhouse at a fundraising event for a great cause, opening for the Nelson Brothers, August 28th. More info on that soon, & we'll also be doing some live-on-air radio to support the night.

Looking forward to being back at the Rockwood tomorrow night 5/25, one of my favorite live venues to play in NYC!

Some random shots taken at the Little Bird benefit concert last night. Very beautiful night in a hundred little ways. Playing music with my sister is always such a pleasure, and especially for this...she sounded so good with her band, venue was nice, the people were awesome, made a lot of new friends. Thanks to photographer Ted Donoghue (pictured) for sending these!

Hi, Songshooter.com will be featuring my music throughout the next four weeks, and I'm keeping it to tracks that I've never released on any album, mostly because for whatever reason they didn't seem to fit at the time. Ok, this one is "Stars In An Endless Sky," & was recorded a few years back in between the time of my first solo album, Annabella, & most recent, "Perfect View." I had gone in and laid down a bunch of new tracks, a couple of which I rerecorded on "Perfect View." We were in the control room between takes and just fooling around when we recorded this.

sunday...rain in the streets this morning replacing the showers of cherry blossoms we've been wandering through dreamily this past week. coffee, guitar, piano, notebooks.... juggling gigs with writing and organizing for recording new material end of june, excited about that!

Was happy that someone in the audience caught this moment last week!
