stars in an endless sky -monday, april

sunday...rain in the streets this morning replacing the showers of cherry blossoms we've been wandering through dreamily this past week. coffee, guitar, piano, notebooks.... juggling gigs with writing and organizing for recording new material end of june, excited about that! have been going through some of my catalogue, and there is just so much stuff i've never released (& that's not even counting the boxes and boxes of 4 track tapes that i continue to shuffle from place to place..) so i'm putting together these compilations & thought it would be cool to put up some of these 'not yet seen the light of day' tracks as free downloads, so they'll start going up this week on Songshooter.com. i'll post a daily blog here on the days my song is featured, and Songshooter also has a 'notes from the artist' column where artists talk about the song. starting tomorrow, 4/26, with 'Stars In An Endless Sky' - a really fun live track w/ harmonica & slide guitar done spontaneously in the control room. more about that tomorrow! til then xo
